Free Mass Wedding
(Kasalang Bayan)

Led by the City Civil Registry, the Kasalang Bayan, officiated by the Mayor, is held 4x a year for couples who wish to formalize their union with their significant other through getting married. Other wedding essentials such as wine, cake, flowers, and coins are prepared by the City.

Interested couples may submit the following requirements at the City Civil Registry Office from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

  • Marriage License (if available)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Birth Certificate of Child / Children
  • Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR)
  • Affidavit of Cohabitation
  • Valid I.D. (except PhilHealth ID)

The City Executive Legal Office offers free face-to-face legal consultation for Taguigeño residents every Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at 4th Floor, R. Papa Building, Taguig City Hall.

Free Late Birth Registration

Free Late Birth Registration

The City Civil Registry offers free late birth registration to all Taguig born residents who have not yet registered their birth in all 38 barangays in the City.

Requirements:

  • Registration form for Certificate of Live Birth
  • Notarized Affidavit for Delayed Registration of Birth (found at the back of COLB form)
  • Certified True Copy of Marriage Certificate (if parents are married)
  • Notarized Affidavit of Acknowledgment Admission of Paternity (found at the back of COLB form) and Affidavit to Use the Surname of the Father (if parents are not married)
  • Notarized Affidavit of Two Disinterested Persons that witnessed the birth of the baby
  • Barangay Chairman Certification where the mother lived on the day of birth
  • Bring 2 of the following documents:
    • Original Baptismal Certificate
    • Medical Certification or Immunization Card from the Health Center
    • Certified True Copy of Form 137 (for 7-17 years old)
    • Certified True Copy of Voter's Registration (for 18 years old and above)

The City of Taguig conducts yearly distribution of Noche Buena packages to all families across all barangays.

Each Pamaskong Handog contains the following:

  • 3 pcs Argentina Meat Loaf
  • 2 pcs big sized Argentina Corned Beef
  • 1 The Original Hotcake Mix
  • 1 box Eden Cheese
  • 1 can Kremdensada
  • 1 can Fruit Cocktail
  • 1 pack Oreo
  • 1 kg Spaghetti Pasta and Sauce
  • 10 kgs of rice

Pamaskong Handog for Senior Citizens, PWDs, and Pregnant Women are distributed house-to-house.
