The City of Taguig grants a Php 1,000 birthday cash gift to registered People With Disabilities (PWDs) through the enactment of the City Ordinance No. 18 Series of 2017.

Located at Ipil-ipil Street, Barangay North Signal, the Taguig Disability Resource and Development Center is a 6-storey facility offers free speech therapy, adult and pediatric physical therapy, occupational therapy, and consultations with a rehabilitation medical doctor and developmental pediatrician.
It can also host free livelihood and developmental training programs.
